Hello, i upgrade moodle from 3.11.10 to moodle 4.0.4+ ,
in moodle 3.11 i change the settings to prevent instructor modify the course settings.
now after upgrade the instructor can't change settings on course page. but there is issue the instructor can't add any activity or resources.
in define role for instructor
Update course settings : moodle/course:update Prevent
when i change it to allow , the instructor can add activity but he can change the course setting
Please can you help me to fix this issue !!!
