Error loading Windows Server 2019 backup file

Hello

Maybe someone had a similar problem with Windows Server, trying to download a backup file, I get an error connecting to the server

on IIS server uploadReadAheadSize set to 2147483647

that is much more than necessary, I tried with a 65 MB file

Where else can I look for a problem?

There's a simple rule I used when administrating Windows systems: Reboot and if that doesn't work, reinstall.
