I have printed quizzes by using my browser's print command. It doesn't do a nice neat job but I can get what I want on paper. For example, if you want an answered quiz with all feedback, you just do the whole quiz yourself, submit and then print the resulting screen. I have shown this printed result to other teachers, and they have been impressed.
If however, you want to print in order to make paper handout quiz for class, I would recommend copying the quiz text from the screen then pasting it into a word processer and formating it by hand to fit nicely on the page. Right now there is no handy printout feature in moodle, though you can write your own if you can do PHP or know someone who can.
