I contacted MoodleCloud to ask them to help me, they responded to my first two messages telling me that he did not have enough staff to solve my problem. Since then, they haven’t responded to my messages.
The problems I have with using my course on MoodleCloud started when I updated version 4.
I pay for a subscription to MoodleCloud that they’ve committed to managing the kind of problem I’ve encountered, yet they don’t do anything—
