Moodle 4.0.2

1.- Activity completion Settings:
Completion tracking
Show activity as complete when conditions are met
Require grade
Student must receive a grade to complete this activity
Student must receive a passing grade to complete this activity

2.-Review options
Immediately after the attempt
2a.- Marks CHECKED

Student takes quiz with a score below passing grade ->  Done: Receive a grade  Failed: Receive a passing grade (expected result)

2a.- Marks UNCHECKED

Student takes quiz with a score below passing grade -> Done: Receive a grade Done: Receive a passing grade

Unexpected result = bug!

Can anyone please test this before I post a bug report if the bug is confirmed. Thanks!

Yes, we're getting the same issue on our Moodle site and it's still happening in Moodle 4.0.4.

We've tested the MDL-75173 discussed in the French forum discussion and it's not fixing this issue.
