Hi!
I'd like to write my own query (in Moodle 3.11 with mod_questionnaire and ad-hoc db query plugins) about the "surveys". But I didn't find, where can I find the activity completion informations.
Can anybody show me the correct way?

First you need to specify what you looking for and what is the main purpose of the report, then what columns or data you are looking for to get from this report. From there, I think I can help. Also you need to specify the level of reporting that you are looking for( course, program or school level.). there are around 16 different tables for the questionnaire block because of that you need to be so specific.
