How about people.

I would like to know how to add this Done feature with the view and receive rating options???? in the activities.

I've searched but can't find them.

I use moodle version 3.11

It is Activity completion - look at that link. And the "calification" is by setting Receive a grade in the activity completion settings after you have enabled ratings or Whole forum grading in the Forum settings.
