Here we go again! :| Sorry @Tawanda you are caught in the Matrix la-la-land.
Softac is outside of moodle ... and *NOT* an officially blessed method of installing a moodle ... is totally protected ... not open sourced - company that makes the module for Moodle installs won't disclose their closed source installer.
So 2 suggestions ...
1. complain to your hosting provider first.
2. go to https://softaculous.deskuss.com/ to submit a ticket.
Interesting ... you say you are trying now to un-install moodle, but I see no un-install link in the tabs of your screen shot.
Comments however ... could be you server doesn't meet specs to install/run a moodle 4.0 if that was what you were trying to install ... I see a release date of 9/5/2022 but don't know if that's Moodle or not. That date doesn't match up with any supported version of Moodle.

Removing files could be done by cPanel's file browser (code directory/moodledata), but you'd also have use other tools ... for db, the DB tools, etc.
Question: does your cPanel have a Terminal icon? Does your cPanel have a 'Git' icon?
If so, and you don't suffer from command line avoidance, check out:
