I have tried an incognito window - no luck, same problem.

I completely blew away my Firefox profile. After uninstalling Firefox, I searched my computer and deleted any file or folder that had Mozilla or Firefox in the name. I have the same problem in Chrome (where I do have a profile), but also in Edge, which I avoid as much as possible and have never created a profile in that browser.

I had cleared my browser's cache, but not Moodle's cache. I cleared both caches, closed Firefox, logged back into Moodle, but I'm still experiencing the same problem.

Hi Stephanie,

Did you see any error messages in the Apache logging, and did you also try to clear the theme caches? This seems to be a local problem with your browser, as your co-worker doesn't have the same problems. Maybe some network settings that cause problems like a proxy server or other settings in your browser? Just thinking out loud smile
