I followed the doc https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Upgrading for upgrading moodle from 3.8.3 to 3.11.
When i go to http://localhost/moodle, i have ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.
I don't understand what's happen .
Can someone help me?
