Version: Moodle 3.9 (Build: 20200615)
Hi everyone. I'm currently managing Moodle and I noticed that when changing the user role from Non-editing Teacher to Teacher. The user has to relogin before editing access is applied. I don't face the same issue doing it vice versa.
