Hi,

I'm having trouble connecting to a Moodle site from the Moodle Mobile App.

The Moodle site that I'm attempting to connect to is on version 3.9.7+ and the Moodle Mobile App is on version 3.9.5 on the App store (iPhone).

When I attempt to connect to the Moodle site, I receive the error attached.

I have enabled web services for Mobile devices on the site and I have full debugging turned on.

The Moodle site does use OAuth2 as an authentication method for users.

I have other Moodle sites that I am able to connect to without any issues. It's only this particular site which I'm having trouble with. The error message that I am displayed with isn't particularly helpful.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, as we host the client site and I don't have their permission - I am unable to send you the URL to the site.
