I have encountered a problem about recycle bin. Previously it works well on our Moodle 3.7. Then, we upgrade to Moodle 3.11 and found out that every time we delete an item, it never goes to recycle bin. It shows: There are no items in the recycle bin.
I have checked the cron and it shows:
Coding error detected, it must be fix by a programmer: A lock was created but not released at: [dirroot]/lib/classes/taskmanager.php on line 719
Beside this problem, we also have problem with grade. Some of deleted grades show grade deletion in progress in the gradebook (not sure whether it is related with 'recycle bin' case or not)
