Hi.

Is there a solution for intercepting emails in Moodle? I tried to put a signature in the email content for a specific email before sending it to users, without core cod modification, but I didn't find any solution or event for pre-send emails.

Is there any plugin for this option ?

Emails sent by Moodle, e.g. forum posts are stored in the messages table and logged in the logstore_standard_logs table because they trigger an event. I'm not sure if the event is triggered before or after sending the message.
Are you seeking to block messages if they contain certain content? I don't believe that's possible without code changes.
