Instal plugin missing in Site admon

I am on a starter subscription and looking to instal the contents page theme.

IIn my site admin under plugins the option to instal plugins is not available. Do I need to upgrade?

Hi Brian,

If by 'starter subscription' you mean that you have a MoodleCloud site, then you are not able to install plugins on the site.
