Hello, 

We will soon be moving to to Moodle at the college I work at, 

Before learners enrol on the course, they are required to complete a registration form. I would like to set this up using the feedback activity.

I could include the registration form in the course area on Moodle, however, this would mean when we need to export the data we'd have to export it course by course - lots of spreadsheets!

Ideally, we'd just like to export one spreadsheet that contains all the registration data from all the courses. Is it possible to merge the data from multiple feedback activities? Or would I have to create one master feedback activity - if this is the way to do it, then I'd have to ensure each course is enrolled to a separate course that just contains the registration activity, before enrolling onto their actual course.

You can create a site-wide Feeback for everyone by adding the activity to the Front page of the site (provided you have checked on "Include a topic section" in the Front page settings.) You can optionally map those down to specific courses, as well. See the documentation on that feature.

If you put them in courses, there is no direct way to merge all those into one sheet for download. However, you can use one two SQL reporting plugins to do this based on some shared report queries for Feedback on the Ad-hoc contributed reports page.
