I have been struggling with a VERY stubborn backup and restore for the last week and have done a lot of troubleshooting, but there's one clue that I'm wondering if someone can help me with.
When I attempt a restore, the Process quickly rises to about 25%, but then falls back down to zero, where it rises at the speed of molasses in January. Eventually, it just stops and I end up with a partially restored course, with most of it missing. (For the record, the attempts are inconsistent where exactly the restore actually stops and what shows up in the restored shell).
I ended up having to restore a course from backup in little bits and pieces until I finally ended up with a copy. All the while never being to figure out what was causing the problem. The error logs didn't help help me at all, as I didn't understand most of it and there wasn't anything there that provided me with a clue.
Now, I've made a backup of my NEW course shell and am trying to restore that one, with the same problem.
Has anyone experienced this and figured out how to solve it?
