I need help. I hope that this makes sense. I am developing a questionnaire that I am using as a form. The class is a Blood Borne Pathogens class that new employees need to complete. At the end of the class, they are to submit whether they need a vaccine for Hep B or not, I am using the questionnaire as a way to notify the Safety Coordinator when the new employee has completed the form.
What I would like to do is insert a label that pulls from the custom profile fields of the user profile that we have created. Specifically the employee id, the division and work location, and the job title fields. I want them pulled into the label automatically so when the questionnaire is submitted it will send the response to the Safety Coordinator with those fields populated already.
Is this possible? Is there something else I should attempt?
