I started to export my moodecloud site on the portal more than 8 hours ago. I have done this before and it only takes about 1 hour. Now more than 8 hours has past and the export is still in process and my entire course site is DOWN and I have hundred of students waiting for it.
I have email moodlecloud.com support but I think they are in Australia and I don't have a phone number to call!
Please anybody can help with this? Thanks a million.
