I am having a problem that has never happened to me before and I can't find a solution.
When configuring the course, I include certain items (usually scorm packages or forums) in a category of the gradebook and block this category from the date on which the course ends.
What happens is that when a student accesses the activity again after the blocking date the category grade goes from 100 to 0, which causes a conflict with the integration we have of the platform with another grade saving system. The odd thing is that in the gradebook report the grade has not been modified, but only becomes 0 in the grades configuration view even if the category is locked.
It is also important to note that by locking each item this problem does not occur, but I find it strange that the category lock does not work correctly.
Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?
