I have a BBB classroom activity, with 2 users currently assigned to the "Teacher" role: TeacherA is a teacher in the course, but TeacherB is assigned as a teacher to just the BBB room using the "locally assigned roles" option.
Both TeacherA and TeacherB are able to edit the settings on the BBB room. However, only TeacherA is able to upload a different file from the server files to the presentation content. TeacherB can edit the presentation content but the server files do not show up.
Is there a permission setting somewhere that I am missing? As far as I can tell both users have access to the server files.
