After Submitting Answers to Questions, Page does not jump to the next page

I have been stuck for the past 2 hours to trying to figure out this. After inserting a question page in the Lesson Activity, once the question is submitted, (whether the answer is wrong or correct) on hitting the continue button I come upon an error:


I have noticed that previous lessons that worked fine don't seem to be working as well. 

The version we are on is 3.10. Kindly someone assist before I bang the laptop on my head

same here... clients complaining that after submitting an answer on the lesson, it takes them back to the front page of the module... what can be done about this? am a newbie... Thanks in advance. This happens especially with the mobile

That seems like permissions could be off. Which is a job for the admin.

I spoke to our admin who said about the same thing and now everything is hunky dory. Thanks
