I would like to collect quick feedback for my class in the middle of instruction. From time to time in class I like to ask the class for anonymous feedback about their learning and how they want to proceed.
For example, in my class I want to ask
How would you like to proceed?
[ ] work through another example please!
[ ] go over the material again
[ ] I would like to practice
[ ] Let's move on!
[ comment area ]
I need to be able to have a quick "Reset" button to clear a feedback form so that it's ready for reuse immediately.
Is this functionality available?
