Can you help us with this question?

How to make a plugin appear to be added in a course?

I attach the source code

The code has the structure to do the installation which is installed but is not shown to add it to a course, the plugin is for reports

If the plugin is installed correctly and works (I didn't look at your code) then in the course in Moodle please "turn editing on" and then select add a block and add your block there.
