I'm trying to find a way to bind the start time of a quiz to the start time of the user taking the course. As far as I know Moodle's times are always absolute, not relative to an event. Is it true or is there a way to work out what I'm trying to do?
Just for clarity, if I start the course at 1.10 pm I would like to have the quiz 30 minutes later, i.e. 1.40 pm. If I start the course at 2 pm, the quiz should be at 2.30 pm. Is there a way to achieve this?
