Has anyone considered adding a plugin like OpenRecord  http://www.openrecord.org to Moodle?  OpenRecord is an "semi-structured" Wiki OpenSource project Although OpenRecord is not finished it seems to have a well designed user interface.

Felt like I was staring into the future. Looks VERY useful. It's getting really hard to keep up with the speed all this technology is changing at though.
