Next activity button hidden even after H5P is submitted

Hi all,

We are experiencing an issue where a student completes an H5P activity, but the next activity button does not appear because it was loaded before the student clicked the submit button. Is anyone aware of a workaround for this, other than disabling the activity completion requirements for the following activity?
