The quiz score not saved if i use the menu in left. My score is 0 in the report.
i have to actived the menu on top to solve the problem . When i used the menu on top, my score has been saved correctly.
Is it normal ?

Menu Left in red : the score not saved in the report
Menu Top in green : the score saved in the report.

These are menus created in the package, not MOODLE menus. I would suggest you find out how the packages are structured. Some of my Captivate modules have menus where only the first page of a section shows up or a few pages (captivate doesn't do menus well) from each and all the pages are required...If you try to just use the menu, you won't finish. Without knowing what each menu does, it is difficult to give advice--I'd guess you need to check with the community for the product you use (Articulate maybe?).
Articulate use to allow you to "see" progress on the left-hand menu - it also allowed you to hide the menu or display it. I always hide the menu as it was confusing for the learners - as we wanted them to use the course navigation on the content window.
