Hey folks. I've been away for a few weeks and just logged into a message from today that my moodle account/course was deleted. Is there anyway to recover it?

The best way to find out is to contact Support. If you can login to your Portal you can get priority support.
Even if you are unable to login you can do this here: https://moodlecloud.com/app/en/support
If you have course backup files downloaded to your computer, you can create a new site and Restore your courses to it.
