It seems like some of HQ's developments for 4.0 are progressing nicely. Some of them we have heard about at other recent meetings (e.g. report builder, component library - or am I remembering the #MootIEUK DevJam?) Anyway, if an update is not already included in "Latest #moodledev news", you could add one. Then there are the main Nav/UX changes - any update there? Particularly on the implications for developers (of plugins and themes).

I suppose in a similar vein, we could give a brief update on how the Question bank 4.0 changes are progressing (https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Question_bank_improvements_for_Moodle_4.0). I would suggest that Matt or one of the other developers does that - but they are all in Eastern Australia, which is probably not a good time-zone for the proposed time, so I could probably say something for a few minutes.

Thanks Tim for your suggestions of things to include in the latest #moodledev news. You're right about the meeting time not suiting Perth developers, thus it would be great if you could talk about the Question bank improvements in Moodle 4.0, thanks!
