Happy Monday!!! Moodle 3.10. We have users with elevated roles that keep enrolling other users in hidden courses. Would removing the enrollment methods eliminate this issue? Are there any repercussions in doing this - reporting, etc.?
Removing the enrolment method might cause issues for the users who are already enrolled with that enrolment method.
An alternative, create a new role with all the current permissions except the permission to enroll users. Once done, assign these users the new role and remove them from the current role. Also, It's best that the roles with authenticating and enrolling permissions are kept exclusive to a handful of users.
