Hello I have created a web page on my Moodle 3.11 site

It looks like this: https://luminar.com.ar/campus/mod/page/view.php?id=1914

Is there any way to change this link to make it more friendly or memorable?

Something like this: https://luminar.com.ar/campus/cursoluz

My answer may not help, but I have been told by our school's "accessibility" folks that it is always better to provide links to web pages as hyperlinks, such as "Visit Luminar.com."  Using this approach, the like to a web page is very clear, and it really doesn't matter what the underlying URL is.

it can, you have to use URL re-write.
but, consider you'll be doing this for EVERY PAGE.
