We have released Moodle 3.11.1, 3.10.5 and 3.9.8 today.
As usual, you can find the releases via our download channels (https://download.moodle.org or Git).
Minor releases include bug-fixes, as well as security improvements. Details of the security fixes will be emailed to administrators of all registered sites. It should be a smooth upgrade, which we recommend you do as soon as you can.

Moodle 3.11.x and 3.10.x are the current supported versions.
Moodle 3.9.x (LTS) is supported for security issues only, until May 2023.
