Hey there,

I have two instances of Moodle running (test site and live site) . Both sites have the same data, same plugin version [3.9.1 (Build - 2020111801)]. I am seeing differences in the averages for each question though. My scale is set to be a 1 to 5 scale but on my live site the averages go to 7, surpassing the maximum set.

Settings are the same. Any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I'm only guessing, but I'm thinking that at one point the scale went higher than five, some responses were submitted with values higher than five, and then the scales was changed to a maximum of five. You can verify this by reviewing all the answers to see if any surpass five.
