when a professor trying to review students assignments (pdf) some files loaded in the preview and some files not loaded, although all of them works properly when downloaded, but this issue causes grading not working too. i checked all previous replies in this case and not working.

i have ghostscript working well and here is test result:

also i have unoconv working well and here is test result, and pdf working fine.

Okay here are some shots in the dark.
  • You can start by looking in the browser's network panel. Look for the call to ajax.php with the 'pollconversions' action, and see if there's any additional information in the response.
  • Maybe the convert_submissions task stopped working and all files are converted on the spot and the large conversions failed on timeout.
  • Maybe the conversions are "stuck" in the `assignfeedback_editpdf_queue` table for some reason.
