Hiya, I want to edit the text on the course tiles on the front page, i.e. in photo below, change 'Click to enter this course' to 'Click to Access Details' or something like that - where are these settings, I can't find them anywhere???? Thanks x
Try editing the language pack - go to Site admin > Language > Language customisation.
It’s probably in your theme language pack but just select all and search for “click to enter this course” - you should only get one (or at least, not very many) results.

As Jon ,mentioned, you will need to edit this in your Moodle language files as per the location provided.
Also just check your theme, perhaps this theme has custom frontpage blocks and you can pick the text and link of the buttons. It would be great if you could let us know what theme it is so we can help a bit better.
