Performance dropped instant

We have made no changes but the performance of our Moodle is suddenly become un-usable.

The reports show the database an everything is running well but page loads are effected.  Attached the report any ideas on where to start?

I have purged the cache.

Well something, something very big, has happened. If it is something trivial like the https://docs.moodle.org/en/Theme_Designer_Mode then you are lucky. If not, you have to tell us lot more about how you host Moodle, the hardware specifications, the system software, any recent upgrades, ...

check your space quota, delete what is in your trashdir and temp directories. Make sure your db connection is sound. any patches applied at server level? any new software installed on the server(s)? Reboot the machine? Did you truncate or trim your log table? How large is your db "inno" file, if applicable, etc.

Space seems ok

and server seems ok also. We have removed an old domain controller thats the only reall thing we have done.
