We're using BigBlueButton as a part of MoodleCloud. We've started having an issue recently where some users are timing out at echo test they are never prompted to enable their microphone. We've started to see more and more cases of it. Potentially effecting 10% of people who try to connect.
I think its a security setting being used on their laptop, however they can all access hangouts and teams through the same browser. They can also login through their phone from the same internet connection.
