Re captcha V3 does not work in incognito mode

Hello!!!

I am using Re captcha V3 when  a new user is registered. But if a user try to register in incognito mode Re captcha V3 does not work and shows the error "ERROR for site owner: Invalid key type". This is happening only in incognito mode. Does anyone know why????

Are you sure you implemented ReCaptcha v3? I believe Moodle currently only supports v2. It you are interested in seeing v3 integrated into Moodle, or you would like to submit some code you created for integration into Moodle, contribute to tracker ticket https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-63821.
