I am not sure whether this is the correct forum to post this. However, in the current release of Moodle 3.11 (Build: 20210517) the 'Your Progress' message does not jive with the changes in 3.11 for indicating completion of activities. (see graphic)
I think what you can do is suggest a change to the appropriate language string in the en_fix language on the AMOS translations site:

Hello both. Yes this was noticed recently and will be fixed shortly - the plan is to remove this "your progress" altogether. See MDL-71634
