I installed the Custom Certificate plugin (3.1.21) from the Moodle site. I have Moodle 3.1.
The install seemed to work but after the install I was given an error 500 for the admin page. I would like to fix this, but cannot even access my admin page to remove it to figure it out. If it is because of the "subplugins.json: lines, I do not understand this.
