Hello, I installed Moodle 3.10.2 some time ago with OAuth2 as authentication with azure everything works fine O365 authentication works correctly with the name of my Domain but when I want to authenticate someone else from another Domain I receive the message need admin approve because on azure in api permission everything is ok and in addition I have already authorized multitenannt authentication but the message persists I do not know what is causing this error any help please,
