How long has it “been working well? Hours, days, weeks, months, years?
What are you running Moodle on? OS, database, PHP version, etc.
How are you hosting Moodle?
Do you have more than Moodle running on the same server and/or same domain?
Do the logouts happen when someone clicks on something?
