I want to create a robot.txt file for the SEO in moodle and the theme I'm using in Moove. Please let me know how I can create a file to get the file <site>/robot.txt

where to put the robot.txt file(i.e the top-level directory), I have ssh access to the moodle server.

Hi Bobba,

"robots.txt" is a text file created using a text editor like the Windows notepad application, VSCode, VI or nano - not a word processor like Word. In order to be found by search engines, you must place your robots.txt file in the top level directory of your website. For more information about robots.txt, see:
