HI ,

In My LMS I can take course multiple number of time.  and showing these details in history tab. When I generate Certificate, it is showing the  first completed date only for all the course completion.

How to get certificate  based on different completion date

I think you should be able to switch for a grade item date and then it will take the date of the latest grade.
