When setting up a configuration file with SEB Config Tool, there is an option to put Browser Key or Config Key. The SEB manual says Config Key will work for all SEB versions. Thus, if the teacher create a configuration file in SEB 3.3.0, the students with SEB 3.2.0 installed can still access the exam.
