Vertical scroll bar in H5P activities

Vertical scroll bar in H5P activities

Hello everyone -

We have an issue that is proving difficult to figure out. All of our H5P activities have an annoying vertical scroll bar where it is absolutely not needed. See example below. I have read that it could be that the h5p-resizer.js script is running twice? We do have both the H5P plugin and the core H5P installed, but the plugin is disabled. Can anyone help? We are running Moodle 3.10.1.

Hi Mia!

I can't reproduce the error locally so it's hard to guess why you are getting this vertical scroll bar. I suggest a few things you can try:
  • You can see if you can reproduce the error in https://sandbox.moodledemo.net/ with any of the activities you're getting the vertical scroll (to discard it's because of the H5P content).
  • If you're using a theme in your Moodle site, you can switch to "Boost" (which is the default), just to confirm that this is unrelated to the theme.
  • You can use different browsers (to discard this will be an issue only for one of them).
  • You can try in a different computer, to discard is something related to your resolution.

If you share with us the result of the previous tests, we'll get more information to see if we can help you smile

Kind regards from Barcelona,

Sara
