SCORM 1.2 file hanging when uploading to Moodle

SCORM 1.2 file hanging when uploading to Moodle

I am running an on premise installation of Moodle and I didn't have any problems creating a course and adding this SCORM as a test: https://scorm.com/scorm-explained/technical-scorm/golf-examples/

When I try to upload any of my SCORM files exported with Rise 360, Moodle just hangs with the cursor spinning indefinitely. I checked PHPinfo and the maximum upload size is set to 82M and the SCORM file is 20MB so it should be ok from that end.

I also checked inside the course at the Maximum File size and from the screenshot you will see it is set to unlimited.

Are there any other areas that need to be adjusted that would be causing the SCORM file to hang when I try to upload it to a course?

Hi, did you find a resolution for this? Has Rise 360 on Moodle worked well for you?

I'm looking at using Rise 360 onto MoodleCloud. Thanks.

Hi Selina,

Rise360 works fine on Moodle Cloud. Tested months ago myself.

My problem is related to either a Moodle setting or CENT OS 8 running NGINX issue. Unfortunately I can't tell which of the two are causing the issue or what would need to be adjusted.
