Versions: Moodle : 3.9 Scheduler 3.7
We are new users of scheduler - only deployed the plugin in the last upgrade.
I've followed the instructions to try and trigger the notifications (i.e. 1) as a Teacher - expected notification when student books a slot and 2) as a student - expected notification when Teacher declined booking).
I am checking messages and email but not getting notification on either.
In the student message preferences I've set Privacy=My Contacts and anyone / Notification: Email / General: Use enter to send.
Messages sent by the Teacher from the participants page work fine (i.e. are received in the Moodle UI and via email)
There does not appear to be a system permission that needs to be set (for the Teacher or Student role) for the scheduler.
So I'm looking for ideas?
