change tool_policy plugin's template texts

Hi all! 

I have made 2 policies in my Moodle site and I m trying to change a bit the text of the aggreement page like the: "Consent" "Please agree to the following policies" on the header and the the text of the 2 checkboxes below. Basically, the yellow marked areas shown on my screenshot and the pink aler message on the top.

I searched through the php files of tool_policy plugin but I m totally confused. I don't see somewhere these texts to change them.

Can anyone help me with these please? These texts have to be altered in my Moodle site according to my GDPR advisor in order to be more user friendly.

Like any other standard text in Moodle, you can use Language customisation.

Thank you for the quick response! I tried this and it perfectly worked!
But, if I would like to totally hide some of these messages, like the pink alert message on the top and the other 2 texts below;
